Wild Cocktails Deck

This 50-card boxed set and a 64-page book provides everything you need to know to create exquisite home-grown cocktails from foraged fruits, herbs and edible flowers.

Lottie Muir is the creator of the Midnight Apothecary pop-up cocktail bar, set in a roof garden in the heart of London, where she also grows many of the ingredients for her mixes. Moving from flowerbed to bar, she rustles up seasonal plant-powered cocktails, made with the harvest from her garden and from foraging trips.

The book features The Cocktail Cabinet, where Lottie explains both gardening and cocktail-making basics. She tells you what botanicals you will need year-round, including edible flowers. She also introduces you to basic equipment and techniques for making infusions and syrups as well as cocktails, and suggests garnishes. Then, using the card deck, make a wide range of recipes for Garden Cocktails, Foraged Cocktails, Mocktails and Restorative Cocktails. With delicious drinks such as the gorgeous Gorse Collins, Wild Cherry Rye Manhattan and a Lavender Bee’s Knees, you will appreciate the flavours of the garden and the wild, with the kick of a cocktail.

Our store is based in Taupo, New Zealand but we can ship worldwide. All product prices are in New Zealand dollars, as well as shipping prices.

Orders received by 10am, we aim to dispatched the same day on an overnight service to the North Island, two day service to the South Island. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.

This cost is based on standard items - heavy or large items will need to be costed before being sent. If you are an international customer we will be in touch to confirm shipping costs and times. 

Click & Collect
Online orders can be collected from our Taupo location. Orders placed for collection are usually ready for collection the next day (But you will receive a ‘Pick-Up Confirmation’ when it is ready) and these can be picked up between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 4pm Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays. 

Payments
Payments can be made at the checkout by credit or debit cards and Afterpay. Credit cards accepted include Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Diners Club or America Express.
