The best way to remove ice from the mould is to take the ice tray from the freezer and place it face down on the bench for 30-60 seconds while you make your drink. Gently push the letter from the base of the tray. The ice will unmould easily. The trays are super strong and flexible and the ice won’t break when you release it.
