How it began

SpaceCraft is a retail space featuring a unique mix of handcrafted NZ product alongside whimsical design products. We like to work with talented local and NZ artists and makers to showcase their talents.

Like all good New Zealand ideas SpaceCraft was born in a shed. The garage included a wonderful mix of handmade products and retro/vintage finds and was open on Saturdays. It was full of atmosphere but after a year (and a Taupo winter) in the shed we took the plunge and found a great new space in town. We are now located in a light, airy store in Suncourt Plaza, 19 Tamamutu Street, Taupo.

Products have been individually chosen to inspire - we love the products we stock and we hope you will too! Pop in and visit us next time you are in Taupo.
