SHARE is the totally new dining experience - 70 simple recipes for wonderful food designed to be presented directly on a surface for maximum visual appeal and enjoyed by a group of people.

Chef Theo Michaels has been creating and presenting his delicious food in this way to create excitement and start the conversation at large catered events and now brings his unique vision to home entertaining. Downsized to feed 6-8 people and easily achievable by the home cook, this inspired collection of themed sharing menus is perfect for communal, sociable eating.

The book opens with a section featuring a simple share comprised of sourced deli-style ingredients to get you started, with expert instruction and pointers on how to create a visually stunning presentation. Next, each of the themed sharing menus is dedicated to one concept and features recipes as well as simple buy-ins and suggestions for aromatic and/or edible garnishes to create a feast for the eyes, senses, and taste buds. Menus include recipes suitable for a relaxed brunch, a summer picnic, a Thanksgiving dinner, an indulgent celebration, a selection of treats to satisfy a sweet tooth, plus feasts for vegans and pescatarians, as well as a grilled cook out spread for lovers of meat.

About the Author
Theo A. Michaels was born in London to a large Greek Cypriot family. Making the semi-finals of BBC TV's MasterChef in 2014 spurred him into giving up corporate life to become a chef for Elsewhere Events, creating imaginative pop-up dining experiences globally. He spent 4 years living in New Jersey as a child, returning later to live in Princeton and to date he has visited 35 of the States! Theo is based in the UK.

Our store is based in Taupo, New Zealand but we can ship worldwide. All product prices are in New Zealand dollars, as well as shipping prices.

Orders received by 10am, we aim to dispatched the same day on an overnight service to the North Island, two day service to the South Island. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.

This cost is based on standard items - heavy or large items will need to be costed before being sent. If you are an international customer we will be in touch to confirm shipping costs and times. 

Click & Collect
Online orders can be collected from our Taupo location. Orders placed for collection are usually ready for collection the next day (But you will receive a ‘Pick-Up Confirmation’ when it is ready) and these can be picked up between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 4pm Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays. 

Payments
Payments can be made at the checkout by credit or debit cards and Afterpay. Credit cards accepted include Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Diners Club or America Express.
